Role Overview
This is a high-impact, key leadership opportunity within a rewarding sector. You will split your time between leading a dedicated team of professionals and hands-on delivery of your own bespoke residential projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing architectural design team.

Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, bespoke residential and adaptation projects nationwide.

Ensure robust quality procedures and design standards are maintained throughout.

Engage confidently with clients, consultants, solicitors, and Planning/Building Control Authorities.

Contribute actively to departmental strategy and ongoing business growth as part of the leadership team.
Requirements & Qualifications

Leadership: Proven track record managing teams and overseeing design quality.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS Specification; strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Accessible Design principles.

Design Experience: Minimum 3 years in residential design with exceptional attention to detail.

Communication: Authoritative, professional, and practical problem-solving approach.

Mobility: Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationally for site visits.

Desirable: Contract administration experience; willingness to undergo a DBS check.
